Can your cdl lisense be reactivated if you had a indefinite disqualification on it 5 years ago?

i got a cdl lisense that is expired...i wanted to renew so i got a copy of my records, and they say i have a indefinite disqualification....i tried calling but all i get is a machine telling me my lisense is valid so i wanted to know is there anything i can do to get the indefinite disqualification lifted
