How come Charice P doesn't have as much commercial endorsements as that thug Manny P?

Perhaps because Filipinos are not really into things that have something to do with knowledge or art. Most Filipinos are shallow people. They enjoy useless things such as cheesy/corny romantic movies, boxing and gossiping about their ugly neighbors.
