Limewire Legal Notice?

I have been using Limewire to download music for my Ipod for a while now, and I went onto it today and a legal notice popped up. It has never been their before. It says:THIS IS AN OFFICIAL NOTICE THAT LIMEWIRE IS UNDER A COURT-ORDERED INJUNCTION TO STOP DISTRIBUTING AND SUPPORTING ITS FILE-SHARING SOFTWARE. DOWNLOADING OR SHARING COPYRIGHTED CONTENT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION IS ILLEGAL. Does this mean I can't download music off of Limewire now, or what? :/
