Teenagers and youngsters please answer this question?

there is a girl in my collage whom i am liking since past 2 years but till past 2 years i was too shy to talk to girls.therefore we rarely talked to each other and that too very less.I am sure that she does not like me at all.But now i have gained confidence and smartness and i am no more shy.So can i impress her and make her my girlfriend.
