Why i feel jealous of them?

I am kinda loser. I never had life like normal teenagers and youngsters have like having girlfriend , going to pub and dancing and enjoying life in that way . Now i am 23, i still feel jealous of those smart girls and boys. I know its such a waste . How can i get rid of it. Lol
