Help with I-130 question #22?

First of all, you have got to file the USCIS Form I-130 and enclose the correct payment. Fill out the form correctly, if you are living in Sausalito, then it will be the San Francisco USCIS office that you will be igned for a biometric data. The rest of the paperwork will follow when you receive your payment confirmation and an appointment date that the USCIS will ign you. You don't have to worry what venue the USCIS will determine but I am sure they will consider the nearest place where you are at.
