How do i get my siblings to move out of the house we all have an equal share in?

Sounds like your solicior isnt doing his job. Complain to his boss, tell them that if they dont at least give you straight answers your business is going else where and a letter will go to the relevant body about their stalling. Solicitors are notorous at waiting round to see if there is anymore money coming before they do anything proactive! That will be why they are delaying, they are trying to find a route to more money. As it is, they are not bothering to forward your case because they see you cant afford much so they are hoping you will just give up and go away. I had a house dispute with my ex, I was told it was fairly straight forward to deal with, courts can force the sale. I dont see why it should cost you that much money. Also the housing needs of the owners arent taken into consideration, this is about you getting your fair share not about who needs a roof over thier heads. Your Aussie sibling will run out of visa soon, surely? Anyway, get to the Citizens advice bureau if your solicitor is playing silly buggers with you, find out if you can get legal aid on this one. It might mean a change in solicitiors or it might just put the rocket under them and get them to move on it to get rid of the case and therefore the problem!
