Does look different after a vasectomy?

After we unexpectedly conceived when I had been taking the Pill for 11 years (and our children were 18, 15, and 12), we decided to do something more permanent in the birth control department. Just after our little "surprise" was born, my husband went to the doctor and had a vasectomy. As part of the process, to make sure the procedure "took", it is important to take in a semen sample to be checked for "little swimmers". At the suggested time, my husband d into a provided container. This ejaculation did not appear any different than the ejaculation he had before the vasectomy. The only difference between before and after is after does not contain sperm. It has been almost 10 years since his vasectomy. We have never noticed any difference in the way his semen looks, nor the quantity of it, nor the consistency.
