Navel Piercing - Strange Occurrence?

Lymph [which is the stuff that was oozing] indicates that your piercing isn't done healing. It doesn't sound infected, but you've just increased the likelihood of infection by changing the jewelry so early. You shouldn't be changing the jewelry until at least 6 months. Continue cleaning the area as if the piercing where new--because, essentially what you've done is reopen the wound.
