I have just uploaded some pictures to Flickr. How do I use them to add to a blog?

I would like to add additional pictures to the body of a blog. I went to set up an account so I could on Flickr and it didn't mention 360 page. What do I need to do so I can add pictures to the body of the e-mail? Please help thi is all new to me and I am enjoying doing some of the things that I have learned and I want to master this now too. Please feel free to visit my 360 and let me know waht you think.
