How do I gain weight and muscle without gaining fat?

Lots of protein isn't going to put on JUST muscle... There are a lot of free calorie counting calculating websites out there that will tell you exactly how many grams of protein and carbs you should be looking into. Downing weight loss shakes and protein shakes instead of eating REAL food is not going to achieve goals or a body type you want.
