How can i get my dog to SHUT UP!?

Hi, i have a great pyranese she is an outside dog, and we were always keeping her in a kennal, and she barked adn barken my niehgbors called the cops on us all the time, and finally yesterday we got the fence all the way put up and she still barks at people and my neighbor called last night and said if i dont shut that dog up he will call again. i have had shock collars on her, and sound collars on her when every she barks i yell out the window to be quite, she has a nother dog back there, and the cops said if we get one more complaint we wil go to court and might lose the dog how can i keep her from barking. i would let her inside but she would kill my chiwawa and plus she would pee and poop all over and also i would put her in a crate at night be she crys all night. ineed some help fast and she is also teaching my other dogs to bark please help anyohe
