I have a terrible fear of living in a home?

idk what it is. nothing bad happened to me living in a one family house when i was little but im scared i will get robbed or worse by living in a home. for the past 5 years we have rented and my sister and her boyfriend want to buy a house with me but im petrified to live in a house. whats wrong with me? How do i get over this fear??
